Woke up today not feeling to great. I keep thinking this will get better....I know it will. I told the Dr I regretted doing the surgery....he says everyone does at first....but it gets much better. A little sore weak and tired today. Going to try and have a rest today.

I did find that the mornings were hard.
If you could remember to drink during the night it helps a lot.
You will find that you dehydrate during the night.
Keep a small glass of water or G2 beside the bed and every time you roll over try to take a sip.

Plus you will need to get up and go pee!!

Drink, Pee, walk.  Three key things to help you not regret this.

Trust your gut(small gut now)and remember you can always call the clinic and ask.

I felt the same way for the first couple of days. I woke up from surgery thinking: What did I do!
It will take you at least a month to recover.
Hang in there & take good care of yourself.
The more sleep you can get, the better.

Remember, we are all thinking of you.

Thanks....at least there is no more nausia. That is the worst. I still hate feeling this way but I am sure by a weeks time things will be getting much better.

It's early days yet Sue, get lots of rest and don't overdo it. Glad your nausea is subsiding.

Cheryl, I often wonder if I went off some foods if I would feel better. Tested psositive to a mild reaction to wheat last summer but haven't summoned the willpower to make the changes to see if eliminating it would make a difference. Keep up the good work.

Worrying today about my exchange student from last year who is from Japan. Praying her family is okay. Another student not mine but a friend of a boy I had from Mexico is from Tokyo so wondering if his family is okay. He's is the states at school.

Starting to snow/rain here so it's coming to Winnipeg soon. Stay safe tonight. I am supposed to do a tea party tonight but have let the hostess know that we can reschedule if she wants. It is for older ladies and they may not want to go out once the wind starts whipping the snow about.

It took me about a month to feel normal.
