OK ready....it's Cocoa Roasted Almonds by Emerald!! Now I almost didn't try them because I thought that might be nasty....OMG was I wrong! I am in love...
They compared to the Dry Roasted Almonds fairly similiar except the sodium in the dry roasted was 230mg for a 1/4 cup serving and the Cocoa nuts were 25mg! Love that!

One of my favorite 100 calorie foods is cocoa roasted almonds. Unfortunately, to buy them at the store can be very expensive. This recipe will show you how to make your own delicious and nutritious 100 calorie sweet and chololate flavored snacks and save a lot of money!
Instructions
Things You'll Need:
- Preparation tools for recipe:
- Cookie sheet
- large spoon
- paper towels
- small zip lock bags
- 2 bowls, One large, one small
- Recipe Ingredients:
- Raw or pasteurized almonds, shelled
- Cooking spray
- Stevia sweetener
- plain popcorn salt

RECIPE Step 1:
Pour one pound of raw or pasteurized almonds in a large bowl. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Stir with a large spoon, spray again, and toss with a large spoon. Almonds should be lightly, but thoroughly, coated. -

RECIPE Step 2:
In a small bowl, mix:
2 teaspoons corn starch
1/4 cup good cocoa powder
8 little envelopes Stevia sweetenter
1/4 teaspoon plain popcorn salt -

RECIPE step 3:
Pour the dry ingredients into the oiled almonds. Using 2 large spoons, toss the almond and cocoa mixture until all ot the almonds are well coated. -

Pour onto a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper. Bake at 250 degrees for about 25 minutes, stirring every 7 or 8 minutes. Remove from oven and place roasted cocoa almonds on paper towels. Cool thoroughly, then place in little 100 calorie bags. Since each almond has about 7 calories, put 14 or 15 almonds in each bag.
