Making the ticker work!

Help.  I have the ticker set up but I don't know where to record your weight as you lose.  I want to see that ticker move down! What do I do?

There is an edit button on the ticker and widget page.  If  I remember correctly.

Under my OH, under Applications, select "Health Tracker".
You can update your weight there, and then your tickers will automatically update the next time you log in.
