When I got out of the hospital I ate yogurt, and soup broths. My favourite still is straining out the stuff out of veggie soup and drinking the broth. About a week out I made chili and put it through my food processor. Yummy.
I came home having cream soups, pudding and yogurt. I strained broccoli soup..YUM! Also the PC organics chicken broth..delish!! Try a bite or two..you will know if your tummy can handle it or not. :)
If you feel ready for creamy foods, go for it.
Honestly, as you recover your body will tell you what it can handle. Trust it!
Just be sure to take tiny bites/spoonfuls at first.
