Stall!!!

I've been stalled at the same weight for over 3 weeks now. So, frustrated!!!! Any tips?

Hi Sue,

I have found that eating more food actually helps with stalls.  More protein or fibre seems to do the trick.

I wish I had some words of wisdom. My stalls seem to last 1-2 weeks at a time.
I share your frustration!

I am 8 weeks post-op from a sleeve and have stalled.  Very frustrated too.  I didn't pay money and go through everything to stop now.  I think more fibre and exercise should help...at least that's what I am hoping.

Any tips are appreciated!

I ate pretzels and dip for snack for 2 days (CARBS)  then the scale moved again.  My thought is that you need to trick your body and give it something to work on.
