There is also a Manitoba Weight Loss Support Group that I started for us on Facebook too!

I was thinking that we should exchange email address or "real names" and phone numbers. I could create a list for members. If you are interested in being added to the list and would like to received a email copy, send me a private message.

Sometimes I need to talk rather than type to someone!! Not sure how you feel.

I am totally down with that, lol!! I will send you all my info via e-mail.

But if anyone here wants to add me to facebook, you will find me at Joanne Unrau Friesen. I have met some really wonderful people on facebook who were inspired by my photographs and have gotten countless e-mails wondering how I did it.

Support is key in this battle were all fighting, and the bigger our 'army' is, the more successful we become!
