The waiting is over.

After having three chest x-rays and being sent for a ct scan I was scared.  
The waiting was the worst part. I got up this morning and went to the victoria hosp for my pre-op visit which went really well , I was outa there by 9:30.
Came home and sent my hubby off to work because I was anxious and if he stayed home he would make me crazy LOL.
Tried to rest but couldn't stop thinking about the results of my ct scan. I kept thinking after I've gone through all of the tests and stuff to get ready for this surgery, are they going to tell me I can't have it.

 Well anyway I leave for my appt to the doctors early hoping she'll see me sooner, but I end up waiting. When she calls me in she says she doesn't have the results. But she is very committed and is excited about me having the surgery so she calls the ST B and they were nice enough to give her the results over the phone.
It turns out all my worrying was for nothing and I'm fine. WOW I really need to learn not to get my self so upset. Now I am really excited because now I know for sure that I am going for my surgery.

 FINALLY, your very looooong wait is over. that must have been absolutely horrible for you.  anyway, glad to hear all is well Sue and keep us posted on your journey.
