Exercise

I was wondering if the doctors say anything about an exercise program. Sine the wieght loss is rapid I am wondering about sagging skin?

 I started walking immediately.  And I did it slowly.  Just slowly walked around the block at first at least 3 times a week, then slowly worked my pace and my distance higher.
I bought a really good elliptical and started with that as well and took AquaFit 4 times a week during the summer.
I don't have nearly the loose skin that I thought I would have.  I don't know if it's from the exercise or not, but I'm pretty toned.  Now I go to the gym 3-4 times a week.
I think it has a made a difference, but even if it didn't, it just feels so awesome to be physically fit!

I am almost 2 months out and started going to the gym at 6 weeks. Been doing Yoga classes, treadmill (jog/walk combo) elliptical, bike and just started doing weights.

I have a large stomach so I am preparing myself to have to tuck my stomach into my pants when I start losing more hehehe
