Good news or bad news????

Well the good news is....I have my appointment for my CT scan...it's a week from today, the 16th. Julie said that they should know if there is anything show up right away so maybe....fingers crossed...bathing suit packed...Florida bound!!!

The bad news and yes that was me this morning when I looked at my appointment book...Hudson's Kindergarden Christmas concert is that day too!!!! OMG....heartbroken!!! But like any mother I'm pulling out tricks...my appointment is 8:30 am and his concert is 11:00am. I however have about an hour and a half drive from the St.B if not more. So my plan is to be there by at least 8:15 and then explain to some hopefully super understanding mother with empty-nest syndrome or even better an emotional, super hormonal 8 month pregnant first time mom my situation and yes if I have to throw in a few tears....damn right....we do what we have to!!! So hopefully I can get in early or at least right away and be done as soon as possible....boot her back to Portage to see my Babycakes shine and make his momma proud!!!! If not his daddy will be there taping it for me to watch over and over....and over!

BOO HISSSS!!! So sorry to hear you are still having those darn pains!! It does seem kinds weird that it's intermittent though. UGH! I hope it all gets sorted out quick for you. I keep counting down the days til you go south... here's where I am REALLY happy I have long distance calling so I can still bug you.. HEEHEE!

I am staying in today...went to Superstore last night and walked for an hour..whew! That was a lot for me...too cold to try again today. Plus..still can't lift the baby yet! Brrr...warm broth and movies for me today!

I am so happy that you at least have an appointment scheduled. If all goes well, you can still catch your plane on time.
Why not get there early, the worst thing that could happen is that you get in right on time.
Hope that you get to see your little one on stage - live! :-)

Sooo glad you have your appt and I'm sure everything will be fine . Your gonna go to florida and get a beautifull tan that we're all gonna be jealous off LOL .
And when I spoke to them at the St B today they tol me to be there for 9:10 and that I would be outa there by ten so you can count on at least 45 mins , I think you should have just enough time to get to your sons concert .
And hopefully you'll video tape it anyway because thats something that only comes around once.

What time is your appointment...9:30 is that why they told you to be there at 9:10? That's also good to know about the 45 minutes, I'm sure mine will be about the same. My appointment is for 8:30 so maybe I will be there for 8....just in case! I really don't want to miss Hudson's concert, he would be so disappointed and I would be heartbroken!!  Yes even if I get out of there by 9:30 I should have enough time!

Hi Donalda,
                  I'm not sure why she told me to come so early but I was sure she said I would get in by 9:45 and out by 10.  My appt is in the evening so that might make a difference . I would stick with your plan it sounds like a good one to me. Since mine is scheduled a few days before yours we'll know better on tues. I will keep you updated.
