you're all inspiring

I'm a newbie to this website...yes I am.   But I have to tell you, I have read every Winnipeg thread from top to bottom and all of your stories are truly inspiring.   After a lifetime battle of the bulge and months of contemplating surgery I have decided that enough is enough.  Your stories and photos have given me that push that I think I needed and I thank you for that.

                                I am fairly new to this myself but you will find alot of very helpfull people with very big hearts.

Welcome Lori.  We are all in the same boat aren't we?  It is nice to be have so many people sharing very similiar experiences.  We are not alone.  I wish you peace and clarity on your journey!

Thank you for your warm and welcoming words.  It nice to be amongst others who can sympathize with our decision to take such steps.  I have told a couple friends of my plans, but unless you've walked a mile in shoes like ours, I don't think one can totally understand.
