I'm glad you're excited too!  I'm not having any nerves and it's more of excitement like going on a big vacation though far from the same thing.  I'm also packed & not taking much.  I think hubby is more nervous than I am and my Dad is definitely nervous. I'll be thinking of you and the other great ladies getting their sleeves tomorrow!  See you on the other side!

Thanks everyone!! I have shaved my legs, scubbed toilets, washed all the laundry and folded it and double checked my bag..now I am sitting here holding my sleeping baby while my hubby cleans the kitchen. I also wrote a note so that someone remembers to feed the dog!

Almost bedtime...I'm still pretty mellow. I'm totally at peace with the surgical stuff. I'm positive that saying see ya later to my kids tomorrow will make me cry though.  They're so sweet and I sure will miss them.

So thanks again and see you all on the other side!

By the time you get this note, you will be out of surgery! How exciting!
I can't believe that you were worried about how clean your bathroom was the night before - I will probably tidy my office instead! LOL!

I agree, that the smell of food is hard to take when you are on the pre-op diet.
I hope that post-op it won't be so bad because you will at least be allowed to have some real food like broth and juice.

I wish you a speedy recovery. You are in my prayers.

I know everyone is busy with the holidays right now, but we should plan a get-together for the beginning of January.
