New to this!

Thank you so much.  I feel the positive energy from all the posts I have read and all the replies I have received.  I am looking forward to getting down to business!  I have to admit, the more I read the less frightened I am.  Thanking you so much for your encouragement.  I can tell I have made contact with some pretty amazing people, who probably have through many of my experiences being obese.
