I had an awsome time sopping in Grand Forks. I was actually able to stay out of the "Plus" or "Real Woman" sections for most of my shopping. I will always be plus on top i think. (My tummy is quite soft).
I went to Layne Bryant but left empty handed.
a)very expensive
b)not as cool as I remembered

I was able to get this geat flat bread stuff. It is a lavash type of wrap and it is only 3 carbs ber serving. About 1/3 or this huge sheet.
I was pretty good (not great) with my diet. I did drink too much wine one night...

I tried to eat my protein first then my veggies...(does wine count as veggies....lol)
The scale will tell no lies tomorrow when I get on.

Take care,
Nikki

hello my ladies...
Here is the low down on the lavash bread...
i saw someone blog about it on the main board. It is  Joseph's Flax oat bran and Whole Wheat Lavash bread.
size 9 x 12 (4 sheets per package)
it says 1/2 a sheet per serving but I would bot ba able to eat 1/2 a sheet. i think 1/3 would do me just fine.
Sooo for 1/2 a sheet
50 cal
0 fat
carbs 4 net
portein 5 g

It says you can  make pizza with it or toast it to make pita chips (Mmmm)
i will let you know how it turns out
