The Medi-trim is available on Line at Minouge Medical.  They are based out of Montreal Canada.  I ordered my stuff from there.  It was $20 a box and $25 flat rate shipping up to 16 boxes.  It was slightley cheaper to order on Line for me, it saved a trip all the way to the Tache Pharmacy from Headingley MB!!  It arrived in 2 days via Purolator.

I liked the Chocolate prior to surgery and post op (Surgery date was Oct 19th) I can't even stand the smell of the choc.  Now I drink the Vanilla only!!

I lost 25lbs on the Medi-Trim Diet.

I was referred by my GP in March.
I saw Dr. Vergis mid-Sept.
As soon as I had my pre-op with my GP and she sent in my forms, Julie called me with a date.
I was originally scheduled for mid-November, but asked to be pushed back to Dec because it is easier for me to take time off work then.
I am excited & nervous!
We are so lucky to finally have this procedure available.

For those of you who are wondering, JULIE is the nurse/administrative assistant for the bariatric clinic here in Winnipeg. She books appointments to see the surgeons, and the nutritionist. You still have to first get referred from your GP in order to get an appointment with a surgeon. However, if you have any questions about their program, you can contact her at: 258-1087. She is very friendly.

If you would like to get in early just call Julie and ask her if you can be put on a cancellation list!!

That is how I got in sooooo soon.  I told her I needed only about 1 hours notice and I could be there!
