Greek Yogurt?

Does anyone know where to get Greek yogurt in Winnipeg, well actually anywhere in Manitoba??

It is extremely high in protein!

Have you thought about requesting it? sometimes stores are able to order things that are hard to find....you could also mention that it is (or will become) a high demand food.

tried the Greek Market, they make homeade greek yogurt and couldn't tell me the protein???
If anyone finds it, please post.  I have been reading up as I get ready to enter my full liquids phase and would love to be able to have some!  I know i have seen it here, just can't remember where!!!

WOW. I found Greek Yogurt at COSTCO........   there was a 2 pack of plain.  Please don't ask the price it was yesterday, first day out in public at 6 days post op.

I think my brain seriously isn't getting enough nutrients because that's why I went into Costco too...and completely forgot!

You might have to post on the VSG forum to get some ideas to "kick it up a notch", I'm sure they will have a ton. I hear the plain resembles sour cream, which I like but unfortunately on a perogie!!!

greek yogurt with splenda and blueberris (baby food ) or whole once eating whole foods.  Tastes like cheesecake.  can substitute berries

Oh my...that sounds delicious and will remember that one for after my surgery. Will have to get some blueberry baby food!
