Sugar free or no sugar added??

Hi,
I am scheduled for VSG next month and start my liquid pre-op in a couple of weeks. I am just wondering is it sugar free or no sugar added popsicles that you are allowed on the pre-op and after surgery? And where can you buy them in Manitoba?

Hi, I start my pre op diet on monday, it's sugar free and I don't know where you get them.
