GOING FOR BYPASS OCT 25 - YIKES!

thanks bren....the shakes are actually pretty good. My daughter bought me a Magic Bullet which works great to really make a frothy shake or with crushed ice. It'll also be great for post op when I have to puree foods!

I am scheduled for Nov 2/10 and have not started by pre-op but am definitley going to be looking for the Magic Bullet! I am also feeling very excited and very nervous, I have a 5 year old boy! That's why this forum is great we all know exactly how your feeling and are here for you.

How long did you wait for an appointment from the time that you got you letter telling you that you were accepted (put on a waiting list)?

Which Surgery are you having and which doctor?

I just got my letter on October 20, 2010 and just was curious what the wait would be?
