Calling all Manitobans!! I am having surgery in 2 weeks and need to find a good protein powder to use. What do you use? I'm going to get some davinci syrups to spruce them up from DeLucas. So, hopefully that will help. I went to a place and tried about 6 different flavors and they were so gross! Any suggestions or comments will be very welcome!

If you go down Regent, there is a place called Popeye's Supplements and they sell a choc protein powder that has choc chips in it. Very good. They will even let you try before you buy.

Thank you for the suggestion! I have been to Popeye's but unfortunately all the samples I tried were nauseating. Oh if only I liked chocolate! LOL Maybe I will have to go back to Popeye's and go through some more taste testing. Thanks again!

Have you asked around to see where they sell benepro protein.  That is what my nutritionist suggested.  apparently it has no flavour and you can add it to anything.  Hospitals and such have it for patients.  I would expect you would have to order it from a drugstore.

I will have to check that out! Have you tried it?
