Out of province referrals

Am so sorry to hear you were denied. I live in Toronto and had all my appointments at Humber River Hospital at Jane and Finch.  I only waited one year and I do not have any pre-existing conditions. The only thing is my BMI is 43.2 and as i have a history of heart disease in my family i was approved. I hope for you that you will be able to get approval somehow.
