I would love to join your group and lend a supportive hand.  Relate some of my experiences etc. I had the surgury May 20-08 and have lost 130.5 lbs.  Is there more than 2 people coming?

Sorry to hear you had a family emergency.  Hope it's not too serious.  I guess tonight wasn't the best night for the 'Meet & Greet' as I was the only one there. Enjoyed the banana cream pie!

Hi Linda sorry to hear you were the only one to show. No my emergency wasn't to bad my husband was at his second job and was stung by a wasp in his neck and i had to take him to emergency because it was swelling real bad but it's all good now. Maybe we can reschedule another day and see if more will join us just let me know. Take care

Hi,

I just joined the group.  I did not realize that there was a support group in Winnipeg and you meet in NK how much better could this get.   I live in NK too. 

I would love to meet with your group the next time you meet.  I have RNY on April 15.  My surgery was in Red Deer, AB. 

I have lost 145 lbs since Oct 2008.  60 lbs before the surgery and the rest after.  I still have a lot more to go, but I feel great.

Please let me know when you are planning your next meeting.
