Hi all,
this is just further to my previous post:  I realize maybe some people do not know how to get around this forum and why.

To check out other Canadian forums, go to Forums, International, then Ontario (or other provinces, or where ever) just talk to people, read their posts.... we all need motivation, inspiration, support, answers.  There was no one here in Manitoba, other than some women on this site, who knew what I was going through before or after surgery, the diet, the vitamins, potential complications, etc....
