My Workout Today

I have a membership at the Wellness Institute @ the Seven oaks Hospital.  I joined in 2006 and I have not been activity using it as I should.  I went today and managed to walk 2 laps on the track.  I can't walk that far and I get short of breath and I have to sit down.  Discovered they do have a scale that I can weigh myself now & then, it goes up to 500 pounds and it's located in there rehab dept at WI. 

I signed up for another re-assessment of my physical fitness, which is worse than when I started.

Work it girl!!! Any excerice you do helps. Just try to commit to go regularly. I can't walk more than a block or so without my ankles screaming for me to sit down. It can be really frustrating when my mind is wanting to go and my body says no. I can't believe how out of shape I am now. I used to be a gym rat. In the gym twice a day, 6 days a week. But, no matter. We are strong and determined!!! And we will make it!
