Support group meet and greet

Um, ok. I haven't heard back from anyone about the meet and greet. Did anyone actually go to it? Would love to hear about how it went. Fill me in!!!

Hi sorry I didn't get back to you sooner I have to fight with five kids to get my turn at the computer . I did get there and I enjoyed myself . I found it very helpful and liked listening to every ones experience's. If we could do it every month or two just to keep in touch personally I would go. Also you said you joined aqua fit which y are you going to and what time is it at? Would you possibly be interested if I could meet you there? Besides my daughter I really don't have anyone that would come with me . Let me know talk to you soon.

I am super happy that everyone had a great time. Was such a bummer that I wasn't able to make it. Next time I guess. I go to the YMCA on Kimberly. Right now the class is at 9am in the morning. I commited to go twice a week minimum but I usually go as often as I can. I have to stay in the deep end the whole time because my ankles are in such bad shape. Let me know what you decide!

There were five Ladies, three post-op and 2 pre-op.  One member brought along a family member.  It was nice to hear them share their experiences with the surgery, bad/good.  I hope we have another 'Meet & Greet' soon.  I would like to offer my place, I live in an apartment on McGregor St and there is a Board Room so there will be privacy.  There is plenty of parking across the street by a church.  We have a Pop machine downstairs and I can provide tea/coffee.  I apologize for not responding sooner.

I was able to make it (brought my soccer daughter with me) to the meeting after all.... glad I could give some info there, good to hear about the challenges with the others as well.  I wanted to bring some pre surgery pics-- next time... I would be interested in going to another meeting.  Hope the others benefitted from getting together.

I'm so glad you guys did it!  Good for you!  Happy to hear it was a success too, cause we are all about successes! 

The more we get together, the happier we'll be....  Isn't that how it goes?
