Support group meet and greet

Ok, this is it! The meet and greet will be August 10th at 7:30. I would love if everyone can make it. I will be there. I will miss you if you're not able to make it. Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Well I am in Vancouver as you know petite jolie, so I cannot be there - however I did pass the info along to my sister who is contemplating the surgery.  She may call you beforehand or just show up at the appointed time & place.

If I return to Winnipeg next year as I am hoping to do, I would love to join in on the meetings from time to time.  The support & encouragement of people who are in the same boat as yourself, or who have travelled the roads you want to travel is invaluable!  

The online forums go a long way to providing that, but in person can be so much nicer.

Good luck to all of you & should my sister Joyce decide to attend, I know you will welcome her warmly into the group.  One day hopefully she will have the internet & be able to communicate with everyone that way as well.

I can not make it (one of my duaghter's last soccer games), thought it was the 3rd... oh well, it's really hard to get everyone together but fall time is always easier than summer.  Thanks for pushing this... we do need to get people information/togethr and support on this iimportant issue.

I know, I'm sorry! I thought it would be better if we didn't meet on a long weekend. Thought more people would be able to come. We are going to miss you for sure. 
You are most welcome! I know a lot of us need a group so I'm just trying to make it happen.

 I would love to go and will try to make it if I can.  I live 90 minutes South of Wpg. and I wor****il 6 and would most likely be late.  My sister and I are both scheduled for surgery in Sept. and I know we both have a lot of questions, and it would just be nice to talk to others who have had the experience in person.

I will let you know if we can make it!

I plan on attending for sure.  How long will the Meet & Greet be. I'm asking as I take handi-transit and is the place wheelchair accessible?  Looking forward to it.
