I've lost over 70 pounds... Will Manitoba Health cover a tummy tuck to tighten my skin?

Well, it's been a long long road. Over the last year-and-a-half I have lost over 70 pounds primarily through exercise. I started my weight loss journey at 219 and am now down to 148. I still want to lose about another 18 pounds. My problem is that now I have all this flabby skin left over :-$. Does anyone know if there is any way to get Manitoba Health to pay for abdominoplasty (a tummy tuck) for tightening everything up? I finally want to show off my body, but I don't want anyone to see my hanging skin. By the way, in case anyone is interested in how I lost the weight... I did the Running room"s "Learn to run" program which started me off (I was 219lbs when I joined). Due to scheduling issues, I wasn't able to do the next Running Room program, so I joined a local Tae Kwon Do studio. I now try to exercise in some way about 4 times a week. I also use a game on my X-Box called "Your Fitness" which has a virtual personal trainer. It's an older game, so you can probably find it in the bargain bins. You can get it for different game consols (x-box, playstation, etc). The personal trainer comes on the screen and leads me through a different exercise program everytime I use it. And she monitors my progress. It's pretty cool. Losing the weight has made a huge difference in my life. I have regained so much confidence. I wish you all the best of luck in your journey. It's definitely worth it.
