If you want to make it at home and add some protein, check out this link to Click Protein. I personally don't usually add protein to it but I ordered some Vanilla Latte this week...it makes me feel less guilty about having something that tastes so good which doesn't have much nutritional value.
If you want some other ideas for home coffee, check out the answers I got for this post on these other forums.

I don't put in protein but that is a great idea!!!
I was thinking of using the sf carnation instant breakfast.... wonder how that would be!
I do get the DD ones.... about one a day.. medium.... but I was talking with my husband about the plateau I have been on and I am going to start making my own at home... save money too!
Hopefully save some calories and now added protein!
Thanks for the great idea! I am going to try it right away!
P.S. just finished an ice cofffee from DD before finding this post!

Springfield, MA, Seminar: Be a WLS Rock Star!
How to Make Your WLS Life a Big Hit (Or Stage a Comeback if You've Regained)
Are you finding weight loss surgery to be more challenging than you hoped it would be?
I want to skip the reading and register now!
One woman said to me,
"I thought I was prepared, but I wasn't.
I just didn't think it would be this hard for this long!"
While you may be blaming yourself for your struggles, it's important to remember that it's not your fault. You weren't taught the right way to deal with the challenges you are facing.
That's why I am offering a powerful seminar to help WLS patients learn what the real issues are and how to address them.
"You made a big impact on me when I heard you speak. In fact, I told my friends at the time that your speech and meeting you were worth double the fee for the seminar. I was right and glad of it."
