I be here in Marlborough MA.
I spend too much time on Facebook!
It is a confession.
I also find that I do not see many people choosing to use the OH Massachusetts site.
Thanks for asking and enjoy New Orleans.

Be intrigued by your potential. Step back to evaluate what causes you to delay improving your life by not moving beyond the boundaries that hold you prisoner. Discard the patterns that do not work and rebuild your goals with substance, determination and the expectations of succeeding in them. Everyday is a new beginning; one where you can take one more step than yesterday and do one more thing tomorrow. Conquer your fears!

Hi Nicole. I went through the whole "who should I tell? What should I say" thing too. I wasn't even going to tell my parents and family. But on impulse, I just told my family last week. That seemed to help me break through some kind of shame barrier, and I felt SO relieved after I told them. So now I am telling the people that i trust in my daily circles -- except for work! There I only told my boss and two closest colleagues. I think you will figure out in your own way and time how and who to tell. For me, it was really a question of getting past the shame...
I hope all is going well for you post surgery.

Hi all. I too am new to this board. I live in Boston and my surgery is scheduled for next Wed. 9/14. I'm excited and scared at the same time. It's nice to know there are local people around.
And now for a technical support question...can anyone tell me how to update weight on the ticker?

Hi Blondie mom, I'm nearby Taunton from Berkley! I go to a great support group in Bridgewater on the last Monday of every month if your interested. It is great to hear from people first hand who have been through it both good and bad.
