Liquid diet is not a problem at all, I only use Carnation Breakfast in the blue box, spiced with a little cinnamon or coconut extract, lots of fat free low sodium chix broth diet iced tea etc.I have very little cravings for food.Absolutely no weird feelings inside really its trully unbelievable. I have been home since March 23,I am going on diced type food on the 5th of April. As far as vitamins I take two chewable multivitamins,2 calcium(Tums) everyday and a B-12 3 times a week.1 new med to make sure you have no fluid build up in your gall bladder. As a matter of fact I am already off 90% of my meds for Diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, asthma. No problems keeping anything down whats so ever..Good luck, feel free to ask away.
