Are these ok for me to eat at four days post op? Im staying away from sugar completely, BUT these say SUGAR FREE across the front of the box. They apparently have natural fruit sugars as a sweetener? Im afraid to try these but I think a popsicle will help me feel like Im eating more and getting my liquids. My God, I didnt think I would second guess every stinkin thing I want to put in my mouth! Any ideas as to what popsicles would be better are welcome. TIA

I had at least one sugar free or no suger added popsicle a day once I got home. It was a real treat. I'm now 6+ weeks out and I still eat one a few times a week. Enjoy! Linda

For a real treat as well try the Philly Swirl sugar free bars. They are found at Sams Club or a big warehouse. They are good and have flavor all the way through!! BlkNectar
