Some questions from a newbie

Harvard Pilgrim is awesome! They approved me for my lap band in less than 48 hours. My surgeon was Dr. Ashley Vernon at Brigham & Women's and I absolutely adore her. The best way to pick a surgeon and a program though is to go to a bunch of info sessions (all the hospitals have them) and pick the person and place you feel most comfortable. The Brigham wasn't the first hospital I checked out but it was definitely the right fit for me. Best of luck! Caeli
