I am just curious... about your thoughts on this product. Nutritional Information No Sugar Added (sweetened with Splenda) 60 Calories (4 oz) 0 Fat Carbs 22 Sugar 6 This seems like it would be ok... -Pam 4 more days to go... YAHOOO!!!!!

I think it is a lot of carbs for a newbie especially Save your carbs for your veggies and if you are allowed fruits Really a lot of sugar also.. Hate to be the bearer of sad news... lol Got to try to keep those carbs down. Have strawberries if you are allowed... nutrution and taste are a great value to us. Good Luck
