2 Months
Hey people! I'm 2 months post-op and down 58 pounds. Have not had any problems holding anything down, I haven't even got sick once yet(Knock on wood) I've also noticed over the last 2 weeks that I am able to eat alittle more then just a couple spoonfuls, which is ok too. Only bad thing is that I find heavy breads make me uncomfortably full, so I avoid them.
Pretty much eating protein bars and shakes, salads, Lean Cuisine(Spa Cuisine) meals and fruits/veggies. Once in awhile go to Wendys for a small chili and a baked potato. Also love fish and avoid meats(Some serious taste changes)
I was diabetic and had high blood pressure, gout attacks and high cholesteral. My blood sugars are perfect now, blood pressure is normal and will be having other blood tests to see my new levels.
Overall very very pleased and happy I did this.
