1 year anniversary

One year ago today, I started my new life. I was 456 pounds and very unhappy. I couldnt move, It was a struggle just to go to work everyday. Today I weighed in at 255. That is a 201 # loss in twelve months my friends. I attribute that extreme loss to my support systems. My friends, surgeon support groups, nutritionists, pychologist, gym trainer and most importantly YOU~! What I would of done without this wonderful site is unimagiable.
