New Year's Resolutions
Hi everyone! Happy New Year!
For the first time in as long as I can remember my new year's resolution does not involve losing a set amount of weight or an elaborate diet plan! My focus for this new year is going to be on exercise. I have a gym membership and tons of workout tapes and dvds, so I have no excuse not to get some kind of physical activity in every day! I will exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes every day! That is my goal for the new year! What's yours?
