finally one derland!!

well i weighed myself this morning and i only weighed 199!! i haven't weighed that in probably 20 years!! so all this hard work is paying off. my 3 month anniversary is this week so i am thrilled to only be obese and heading toward overweight!! lilykate

Isn't it one of the best feelings. You are a "1". I was so excited I was skipping and humming that day I finally became a "1". And just to think we are justing going to get smaller and smaller. Best of wishes. Dawn -100
