New idea
I just tried something new for a breakfast shake in getting ready for post- op eating. I used to make a shake with silken tofu (1/2 package, about 4 oz) in the blender with fruit. It was thick but yummy. Knowing that I won't be able to have fruit after surgery, I tried it with some Chrystal Lite Orange breakfast drink this morning and added coconut and run extract. It was quite delicious and filling. It has no fat, 2 GM of carb and 10 Gm of protein. I am thinking that I could make the CIB with the silken tofu also. Anyone know any reason why we couldn't have tofu after surgery?
