I just remembered that I worked for this for just a year and I was prepared. I was more excited then scared. I had a nice last big meal at my favorite restaurant two nights before. Now would be the time to practice any of the relaxation techniques you learned in your pre-surgery visits. We had to take a compulsive eating class for 8 weeks and learned many of them there. You will be fine... Relax and good luck on MOnday... Lisa:

Thanks to all for your support and encouragement- Surgery is now about 30 hours away and I am feeling an inner calm ( at this moment) and it is all because of the prayers and support from this web site Thanks Pat
