Anyone with seizure disorder and had surgery?

Hi, I'm scheduled for surgery October 29. Last August I was diagnosed with a seizure disorder. I'm taking medication 3 times a day. I'm wondering if I SHOULD be having surgery. If anyone out there has any experience with this, I'd love to chat. I really just want to know if I'll be able to handle and absorb the medication properly. Thanks for any help! Kristina
