dumping, flab

Can anyone tell me if dumping contines indefinately? I had surgery in December and have not had any sugar. I have wondered what would happen if I did...any suggestions? My other concern is tightening up my upper arms...they ae waving in the wind. Any suggestions for what exercise I cand do to tighten them up. I do not want (can not afford) plastic surgery to have it removed. thanks
