Vitamin question.....

Can you take your B12 sublingual with your calcium?

real tough to get all calcium in when you have to space it out from your multi and then 1 hour from every calcium pill

Thanks,
Kerry

Yes, my NUT also says to take calcium seperate and at least two hours apart. I take my b12 and multi with breakfast. I take 2 calcium petites at noon with lunch .. then 2 more petites with dinner and then another 2 petites around bedtime.

I was told to take the B12 with my multi.  I take my multi, B12, and iron first thing in the morning, calcium when I get to work (8am), again at around 10-11 am, and then after lunch (around 1pm).  Then I take my second multi when I get home.
