I could almost taste the chili
The nut cleared my for the stage 4 diet and my surgeon put it on hold for two weeks. Waaaaaaaaaaaa. When I told him about the muscle spasms this past weekend he said it was probably nothing but a leak can present with back pain. Well this wasn't back pain, it was muscle spasms but anywho. He doubts it a leak due to my bp, temp, ect but better safe than sorry. So chili is on hold for two weeks.

Want me to make you feel better???
........My husband worked at a Wendy's in hs, and told me they would take all the leftover burger drippings from the grill trays, rinse it out with ho****er and drain and use that meat in the next day's chili! YUCK!!!!
Make a good homemade chili for your first chili, soooo much better than the greasy Wendy's chili. And freeze in tiny portions to last for later. You'll be so glad you did when you are tired and want something quick and yummy...plus you will know what's in it!
Good luck to you, and hope everything is fine and they are just doing this as a precaution. ~ M
