Help with Pre-Op weight Loss
Finding out how many calories a day I shouldn't go above is what helped me. (You can google calorie calculator and find some, input her height/weight and it gives you a number) For me, I need to consume less than 1500 calories a day. So then I went to fitday.com and tracked (almost everyday) and made sure that I stayed under that. I still had a treat here and there... but tried to keep even my planned snacks "proteiny" to keep me feeling full. Good luck and just keep reminding yourself on how badly you want this! You CAN do it!!
