YEAH - Goal
Ok so I've been walking forever now and can easily do 10 miles.......so in an attempt to step it up - I had decided to do something I HATE - run. Well I've attempted a program twice now !! and given up - ughhh . Well I got a new program (thanks Karrie) that talks me through it better than the others so I figured I'd try again - I'm on Week 1 Day 3 - not much of an accomplishment I know - BUT this is - at least for me. Today was Warm up walk for 5 minutes - then alternate 1 minute of running and 1 1/2 walking for the next 21 minutes - And I actually RAN every second of the running part ! YEAH ! usually I stop about 10 seconds before the run ends - but not today !!!! I'll admit I'm dead right now but ....... I DID IT ! Will I ever again ? I don't know - lol But I'll always have today !!!

How did you do it? Can you give me the details of your program? I want to be able to do more running (other than just around my yard) and don't know how to get going. I think it would also help w/stress, sleeping, etc.
