Who wants to be accountable with ME?
So, with no fluid in my band I can and am eating almost anything and everything. I figure if I post my intake here maybe I'll be a little stricter with myself (granted I'm eating mostly good stuff but I've been so hungry and I'm not use to that so I haven't been making myself "diet" which I am going to have to do until my revision surgery). For now I'm counting calories because I need to keep them low with no restriction - if you count protein and carb grams or what ever system works for you go for it!!
So - I'll edit as I add stuff during the day but so far:
Coffee with 1 splenda and a dash of half&half about 30 cal
1 mini luna bar 80 cal
1 Everything Bagel Thin 110 cal
2 tbs garden veggie cream cheese 100 cal
1 mini Luna bar 80 cal (I was starving - lunch in 1.5 hrs)
Running total 400 - Goal 1200-1500
So - I'll edit as I add stuff during the day but so far:

1/2 of a large chili w/ cheese and crackers 235 calories
a WHOLE cupcake - ughhh (don't even know)

ughh ok - I'm adding 2 servings of dried fruit and nuts. I feel like I'm starving today - don't usually snack this much. But I'm still in the negative when my exercise comes into play......
For dinner I'm having a chicken stir fry - ordering it - so I never know how to count that but that's dinner.
Ughhhhh more ..... I had a handful of chips with dinner.
a skinny cow icecram (150 caloies)
and a crackerful (130)
Was a bad day - but according to my daughter - I should eat more considering that I did 10 miles and burned 1000+ calories . Am I making excuses - probably but I really was hungry so......
Luna bar - 80 calories

Hi Dear - yes, my bratty little band has dilated my stomach - I've been unfilled for 7-8 weeks now and rather than fight with the thing I'm going to have it taken out and VSG done in its place. Insurance is all approved and surgery is set for 9/7. It will be a good thing.

Thanks - I'm actually very excited. I picked the band for the whole "less invasive" thing but I'm so done with that. The Sleeve sounds like what I wanted the band to be - its a good thing.
So you haven't been able to get a solid diagnosis yet? That sucks.
