I do journal all my food and have been since day 1 after surgery ... I still keep on eating

Hit the nail on the head Sue "panic is a *****" LOL

I did however, lose 3 pounds this week. I didn't think I would

OK That does sound like me - I love the luna and cliff bars and hey they're good for you..... so an extra one here and there won't hurt. We know its wrong but sometimes its sooo hard to change that. I will reach for one and tell myself - you don't need that - and then 15 minutes later I'm eating it. GRRRRRRR.

Is anything going on that you're stressed or worried about? Family, work issues that your turning to food for? Is it just boredom? PM me here or on FB or my phone (I have unlimited texts - you can call to!!) if you need to vent. We all have to be here for each other!!

Wow ! missed all this today - sorry Kate ! Ditton on what Lynn and Sue said  - being there, IMing etc. etc. It is really hard - and I've gotten to the point where I take it decision by decision - or minute by minute - every time I win YEAH - every time I lose - I just try to move past it - as we've said a million times - it's a "for LIFE battle" !

I GAINED almost 2 lbs. this week ! (Sue trying not to panic) but it's like I UPPED my exercise - did what I thought was pretty good and GAINED  - I know the whole muscle thing, and it's only 2 - and I might have to change it up. but still ****** me off !

SUPER impressed.  I walked 1.65 miles to work this morning and was melting @8am. (granted, wasn't in my wicking workout wear)

Great job!!  I'm gonna start getting competitive!  LOL

ok im not doing great but im trying ive been walking my neighborhood for about 45 minutes to 1.5 a night almost every night last week i got to get one of those track things to track stuff dont know wheat there called let me know if anyone has extra one. im trying ill catch up to yall soon i hope :) LUV YOU ALL

You're probably thinking of either the Fit Bits or a pedometer.  I don't have either (my fit bit is on backorder!  grrr)  To track how many miles I walked I will get in my car and drive the route I walked ... set your miles to 0 and see how many you walked :)
