JULY WALKING CHALLENGE x-post

I WILL (or anyone else can) post a daily thread for accountability.

ughhh - I have a crazy couple of days and wasn't sure if I'm going to get my walk in - forgot (well not really!) about this challenge - so thanks for posting - cause I'm one of those people who is motivated by this type of thing - and I'm going to make a better effort to make sure I put ME first for at least an hour over the next couple of hours - regardless of my other responsabilites !!!! So .....

The goal is to walk 26.2 miles in July.  this should be pretty attainable for a lot of us - couple of Saturdays at the canal and your halfway there!!

Something tells me you will be running around like a mad woman on Sunday - bet if you put on one of your devices you'll see you've gone 5 or 6 miles EASY.

Oops sent to soon ! Remember guys - NO FAILURE in not finishing - try this challenge - even if you don't reach the "goal" you will still have gained so much...... So let's TRY !!

Of course I skipped the gym today - walking with hubby tonight then (can't miss day 1!)

July 3 - 3.4 miles !! Missed yesterday ! So I think that has my total as 5 so far !
