I hve 2 weeks then back to work....not really sure how I am going to do all the lifting, the 12-16 hour shifts a day, being on my feet the entire time....but what can a girl do....I am still sore and really deconditioned....especially leaving the hospital with a hematacrit on 25...i am tired all the time....

Julie,
if you don't think you are ready to go back when it's time - DON'T! You did this to make your life better, so don't go hurting yourself!
With that said, hopefully you are bouncing back already. Being out of the hospital makes people feel better a lot faster!!

It takes a good 4-6 weeks before you engery levels come back and with the issues you had in the hospital a bit longer. I agree with the above poster that you may need to re-think going back to work. It will be amazing to you the difference one week can make in your recovery. Each week gets better and better.
Good luck.
