I love my fit*****eck them out at fitbit.com. I've had mine since Feb of this year I think (it was going to be an Xmas gift for 2008 but I jumped on the wagon before they started making them and it took a little longer to get through production than anticipated).
Its small, invisible when worn clipped to your bra front and center. You do nothing but put it on and it records steps, distance, intensity and wirelessly transmits your data to the web site when ever you walk by your base station (or mine, I want a base for work but they haven't started selling them separately yet). It gives you a graph of your activity, steps, intensity and calories burned for the day - switch it to night mode and wear in the included wrist strap and it tells you how long it took to fall asleep, how many times you woke up and how much sleep you actually got.
Great tool to keep you moving - once you have signed up on the web site for an account (free and you don't have to have a bit to sign up - you can enter activity manually) you can look me up - [email protected] and we can be friends - oh you can enter your food intake on the site to get a total look at what you are doing.
Love it!!
