Fat, Sugar, Carb and CALORIE free!?
Too good to be true!?
Well, today @ Shaw's I found some salad dressing and BBQ sauces by Walden Farms. They are fat free, sugar free, calorie free and carb free. Sadly, they are also protein free! BUT they taste amazing! I had a bad feeling that the blue cheese dressing I bought would taste like crap, but it was really good! The BBQ sauce was very good as well! In fact, when you look at the nutrition label everything has a 0 next to it except for the sodium. They come in at 260 (blue cheese) and 210 (bbq sauce)
Definitely worth the $$ if you're looking for some good dressings and sauces to moisten up chicken/beef/salads etc!!
I do have to say that I wish the blue cheese was thick .. it is a pretty thin dressing .. that's the only negative to it!

They also have chocolate syrups, caramel/marshmellow dips and fruit spreads etc. I didn't try any of these however ... not going to tempt myself yet!!!

i bet you could thicken up the blue cheese with some greek yogurt. and then you'd even get a little protein!
