Support Groups?

So I went to my patient orientation at Tufts and have decided that that is where I am going.  They very firmly suggested that everyone should be in some kind of support group and if Boston wasn't convenient that we should find one closer to home.

Are there any that anybody knows about... preferrably in a public place ( I have severe allergies to animals and lots of scented cleaners)?

Hi we have one here in Bridgewater - located in a church - we generally meet on the last Monday of the month - although we will be meeting May 2 instead. If you are intersted message me and I will give you the details !

You are just the reminder I need!   I downloaded the form for meeting rooms at the Hanover Library but never checked their schedule.   I'd like to get a monthly support group going one night (or weekend day - whatever is best) at the Hanover library.   Let me know if you'd be interested.  I'll try to get there today and check the schedule.

 I also had surgery at Tufts and loved them.  Who is your surgeon?

I should have mentioned that I heard that the Bridgewater group is great - I've never been only because I need something a little closer.  

I'll keep everyone in the loop about the Hanover library - I hope its something that would work for a lot of us...
